ISM Tuition Fees

Tuition Fees can be paid as follows: One-time payment of monthly fee x 12 – due August 25th or 12 monthly installments – due 25th of each month, beginning August 25th. Payment by direct debit transfer is also possible. We will use current direct debit authorizations until revocation.

For payment from a foreign bank account, please include sufficient funds to cover transfer fees charged by your banking institution.

The Registration Fee of 1,950 € per student is a one off fee payable on enrollment to the school. The Registration Fee must be submitted with the enrollment documentation. This fee is non-refundable.

The School Development Fee applies to all students enrolled in EE and above. The fees are as follows:

• First year of attendance: 2.500 €
• Second year of attendance: 2.500 €

This fee supports the maintenance and development of school facilities. It is due by 25. August or immediately upon mid-year enrollment. The maintenance fee is non-refundable upon withdrawal from the school.

For Grades 1–12, ISM offers a sibling discount for families with more than one child enrolled. This discount does not apply if tuition is paid by a company or employer. The oldest child pays full tuition, additional children receive a discount of 10%.

During the school year there will be additional costs for your child’s participation in field trips, for classroom materials, MYP/IB registration and exams. Bus service and catering (lunch) are also not included in the Tuition Fees.

We offer financial assistance to families whose children meet ISM’s admissions criteria but lack the financial means to enroll.
